Workshop Title: Improving Organization Competence to Work with RBM for Effective Tracking of Change Date: 28th -31st August Venue: Nairobi, Kenya Duration: 4 Full Days Cost: USD 595 Training Brief This 4 day Results Based Management (RBM) workshop helps managers to improve organization staff’s capacity to work with RBM Processes. Gives participants guidance and technical support to develop a program to support their organizations implement RBM in all their program areas. A combination of assorted delivery methodologies merge with expert insights to afford M & E/Program Managers/Officers opportunity to develop training modules to guide their programs teams to appreciate, conceptualize and apply RBM based on current strategies. (How do we adapt it through the years?) • Common mistakes in monitoring Reporting for Results - Celebrate the results • Appreciate the importance of reporting (why) • What informs report writing?
