Duty Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer technical guidance to the district DREAMS coordinators and the whole team.
• Review all district DREAMS budgets, work-plans and accountabilities. Work with district administrative structures to ensure smooth running of DREAMS activities in the region Prepare district sub-grants
• Keenly review progress reports per DREAMS district.
• Monitor DREAMS performance and reporting in UDTS, HIBRID and DHIS2
• Draft and prepare the DREAMS regional implementation plan as guided by the respective SOPs
• Work in liaison with the Regional Manager, prepare CBO sub-grants and contracts
• Monitors daily reporting of district DREAMS activities via Slack.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, or related humanities field Master’s degree in Public Health or Health Services Research
• Previous experience with DREAMS programming is an added advantage
• Previous experience working with PEPFAR and district reporting systems like DHIS2, OVCMIS, and HIBRID is an advantage
• Prior experience working with the Uganda DREAMS Tracking System (UDTS) is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a rural and multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
