About Human Resource Service Centre (HRSC)
The Human Resource Service Centre Uganda Limited has been established to provide professional HR services to support core HR functional needs and capacity building. Our services are aimed towards students, individuals, working professionals, startup companies and established SMEs whether private, NGOs, government agencies and projects. The increasing growth rate and dynamic flexibility of the various companies and individual needs has enabled us to present a varied array of HR solutions to each of our clients. The HR service center has been designed to provide helpful HR resources to managers, current /prospective employees and students. The service center is a “one-stop shop” for all HR business solutions/ processes.
Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Officer will be placed in different districts to support the Sales and Marketing of a service product.
Required Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the Sales & Marketing Officer jobs must hold Bachelor’s degrees or Diplomas in business related subject from reputable Universities.
- Previous experience in network marketing using web-based systems
- Use of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Whatsapp etc
- Previous experience in marketing internet-based payment platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly energetic and ability to be active throughout and willingness to learn
- High level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and high level of customer care
- Willing to work long hours with minimum supervision
- Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and databases
