Duty Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Support on a daily with the reduction on the %age of unassigned tickets Vs the overall open tickets to a target of less than 10%
  • Service Officer weekly productivity reporting with reasons for under-performance, and plans for improvement Service Officer cumulative productivity reporting for each quarter
  • Prepare the product movement forms timely for signing & ensure the components are moved as per the movement process & the reverse logistics file is shared on a weekly.
  • Normal review and check of Logistics deliveries Setting/reviewing of criticality of service tickets based on severity and time.
  • Prepare the bi-weekly facilitation for the service Team & will be verified by the Line Manager before payment.
  • Monthly Carespection score for Service Officers

Required Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The applicant must hold a Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent.
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. Word & Excel.
  • Ability to mentor & coach the Team to attain results.
  • Motivate the team to meet the KPIs.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication & reporting skills.
  • Team player / People Management skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • High motivated and passionate about work.
