ETATS Limited was established Elly Technical and Transport Services Limited on 8th December 1978. In the nearly 4 decades of our existence, we have contributed significantly to the development and maintenance of the road network in Uganda. We have built and maintained at least 10,000Km of road and built at least 15 bridges across the country.
