Unique Insurance Company was founded in 1996 as a physical damage carrier writing solely in Illinois. We have since expanded our services and territories, now offering commercial and personal auto insurance in Illinois and Indiana, and personal auto insurance in Georgia, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Tennessee. We specialize in writing hard to place drivers. Despite tough economic times, Unique has expanded its writing and demonstrated sustainable growth. We have been able to continue to prosper thanks to favorable underwriting performance. We are presently located in the northwest part of Chicago, in the Portage Park neighborhood. We have a diverse group of dedicated employees who speak multiple languages. Our staff strives to meet the needs of our clients.
