About Nioto

Presentation

Founded in 1987, Nioto is a limited company under Togolese law. It is part of a French holding Geocoton (eg DAGRIS acquired March 28, 2008) whose main shareholder is the group ADVENS SA).

In his consistently modernized facilities, NIOTO manufactured from local raw materials and imported edible oils meet international standards. This particular product, under the brand QUEEN'S, cooking oil extracted from the almonds cottonseed.

The plant has NIOTO activities:

  a crushing of cottonseed (founder NIOTO activity) for the local market or export finished or raw products (refined oil, hulls and meals) for the food and feed;

  trituration of soya beans for the manufacture of cooking oil and flour (or cake) of soy for animal feed;

  crushing of shea nuts for export;

  refining palm olein.

 NIOTO also crushing the seeds of peanut or almond shea on request.It produces and markets, including in the international market, the washed neutral raw butter or butter. Thus, as a reference, NIOTO triturated for Dutch giant Loders Crocklaan (Malaysian IOI Group) of shea kernels making it the main shea crushing unit in West Africa.

NIOTO base all its activities on the respect for the environment and the search for natural resources involved in the products of its manufacturing process:
