Development and Life Relief Association (DELIRA) founded in 2000 as an independent CBO, no-profit, non-governmental organization registration made under 2003, CAP.337, furthermore obtained certificate of compliance made under section 11(3) of Act No 24 of 2002. Number 1749 dated 15th Sept 2006. DELIRA VISION ?To be an organization of excellence in provision of effective and efficient humanitarian services geared at improving the standard of living of the community.? DELIRA MISSION; ?To provide humanitarian services and improve the standard of living among the community by facilitating socio-economic services and life relief to disadvantaged communities? According to its mission, Development and Life Relief Association (DELIRA) it aims to reduce poverty in Tanzania. We work in partnerships with marginalized farmers, women and girls groups, orphans, street children and herders, helping them to manage their natural resources more effectively and build sustainable livelihoods.
