TZIVA is a small volunteer organization created since 2007 by the shared ambition of few local people to provide technical, educational, and hands-on volunteer support to grassroots community projects on the island of Zanzibar, Tanzania, to improve living conditions of its inhabitants. One of the biggest assets of the association is to be completely operated by a local staff, which enables TZIVA to meet almost everyone's interest by co-operating with other NGOs and local communities.
