The Government, in its programme of 2010-15, decided to “….reorganize the Management Audit Bureau (MAB) into an Office of Public Sector Governance (OPSG). The Office of Public Service Governance (OPSG) operates under the aegis of the Prime Minister’s Office (Circular dated 23 August 2010 from Sec to Cab) providing services on Public Sector Reform, Management Consultancy and Corporate Governance to Ministries, Departments, Parastatal Bodies, Local Authorities and other organisations within the Public Sector.
