ABOUT THE NATIONAL OFFICE FOR THE PROMOTION OF EMPLOYMENT (ONAPE) Governed by Decree No. 471 / PR / MFPT / 92 09/10/92 ROLE ONAPE (see) Article 4 of Decree N 471 / PR / MFTPT / 92 of 10.9.92:

1. - Employment Promotion and lute against unemployment and underemployment;

2.- Adjustment requests and job offers;

3. - Placement, retraining and mobility of the workforce;

4. - Integration and reintegration of young people leaving the education system, deflated and out of school;

5. - Diagnosis and setting requirements for skilled labor from all sectors;

6 - Development of labor market statistics;

7. - Development of training measures, guidance, counseling and professional introduction to creating your own job (self-employment) or a micro enterprise;

8. - Issuance of work permits and vissa working contacts;

9. - Establishment of a job-seeker cards, work card and record of national and foreign workers;

10. - Ets. POWERS OF ONAPE:

1. - Only authorized department to carry out investment transactions on the whole territory of the Republic of Chad (cf.) section 494 of the Labour Code; 2. - Visa from any contact work evidenced in writing before any commencement of execution (see Article 038 67de law / PR of 11/12/96 on the Labour Code.
