The mission of the Embassy of Sweden in Cairo is to represent Sweden and to promote Swedish interests in Egypt. The Embassy is charged with sustaining and developing relations between Sweden and Egypt within a wide range of political, commercial, economic and cultural matters of mutual interest. Furthermore, the Embassy is responsible for the consular protection of Swedish nationals who are residing in or visiting Egypt. H.E. Ms. Charlotta Sparre is Sweden's Ambassador to Egypt.
