Mohamed Ahmed El-Antri Tibaoui M. A. E. A. Tibaoui holds a degree of engineer of state in electronics from the National Polytechnic School (Algiers). An old senior executive, he is now the General Manager and the CEO of World Trade Center Algeria (Algiers), a subsidiary of World Trade Center New York. Ahmed Sadoudi A. Sadoudi holds a bachelor’s degree and a master degree in public law, option of administration and public finance, from the University of Algiers. He was Manager of Fiscal Legislation Studies, and then General Budget Manager in the Ministry of Finance. He currently works as a lawyer.

Louis L. Roquet

L. L. Roquet holds an MBA from Major Business School. Montréal (Canada) and a PhD in Business Management from Harvard University (USA). He was Chairman and Exploitation Manager of the of the branchCapital Risque of Caisse Desjardins (Canada), CEO of the Quebec company of alcohol (Société des alcools du Québec -SAQ), Secretary General of Montreal City and Managing Director of the Urban Community of the same city. Since January 22nd, 2012 he has been in charge of the post of Managing Director of Cevital Group. Smaïl Seghir S. Seghir has a bachelor degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Algiers, he is a state engineer of the Superior National School of Telecommunications (Sup Télécom Paris), a diploma holder from Granfield Institute of Technology (GB) and from l’Insead (Fontainebleau). He is currently working as a consultant in management and communication strategy. Earlier, he had been CEO of the company of advice in organization Enroi. Issad Rebrab I. Rebrab, a diploma holder from the Normal School of Technical Teaching and from the Institute of Management and Planning, is a creator of companies and the founder of Cevital Group. H is nowadays the Chairman (non-executive) of the Board of Directors of Cevital Group. Malik Rebrab M. Rebrab took the preparation class students for Major Business School (Paris) and holds a BA in Finance form London University (GB). He is nowadays Managing Director of Samha. Omar Rebrab O. Rebrab holds an advanced vocational diploma in accounting finance (France) and is now pursuing a training in advanced management. He is Managing Director of the subsidiary Hyundai motors Algeria. Lynda Rebrab L. Rebrab holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance and an Msc in management sciences from Boston University (USA). Salim Rebrab S. Rebrab holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from King’s College (GB) and a Master in finance and accounting from Lancaster University (GB). He is also a diploma holder from l’Insead (Fontainebleau & Singapore ). S. Rebrab i currently Managing Director of Numidis, the wide distribution subsidiary of Cevital Group. Yassine Rebrab Y. Rebrab holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Management from the University of Richmond College of London(GB). He is nowadays Managing Director of ACTS, the subsidiary of the assembly of tractor-trailers and the marketing of trucks and public works machines.
