Tassili Airlines was established in March 1998. The company concentrates most of its activities in favor of the oil sector by operating Charters and shuttles as well as in Domestic International.

The main activities of Tassili Airlines flights to Charters are the oil company Sonatrach and its subsidiaries, international oil companies and aerial work through its "Tassili Aerial Work" subsidiary.      

More recently, Tassili Airlines has expanded its network to the public service for international charter flights and regular domestic and international transportation.

Tassili Airlines has today, Freehold, a fleet of aircraft of various types which allows it to respond in an appropriate manner, at the request of the air market in Algeria. It consists of 12 aircraft with capacity ranges from 37-155 seats.
