Beginnings

The Clinic Blue Cross (CCB) is the oldest clinic in Senegal, it was founded by Mrs. Phebean Angela Whest-Allegre in 1964 with the vision of creating a community clinic where the Dakar in all sectors could receive care prompt and decent health.
