We enter into a contingency agreement with you our client, on the basis of a NO collection NO fee to you. Only on successful collection / recovery of the outstanding debt, a percentage collection commission is charged and are calculated on the following sliding scales, all depending on the value of the outstanding debt handed over to us for collection / recovery.
