SA Corporate Registrations (Pty) Ltd (SACORPREG) was registered in June 2001 and started trading in 2007 with its first operation in Cape Town, Foreshore as a 100% subsidiary of Kilgetty Statutory Services a company secretarial division of Grant Thornton, Cape Town. A branch in Durban was opened in 2012 and the Johannesburg branch was established in 2014. The current business emanates from the Johannesburg branch which was acquired in 2018 as a 100% black-owned entity. The company has approximately 1600 statutory compliance clients on its books. Since 2018 we have gradually diversified the business to move from a secretarial practice to a holistic SMME service provider focusing on the following core product and services:Registration & Compliance; Accounting & Tax;Branding & Design; Consulting & Advisory; Training and Development.
