Its registered and business address is at Vodacom Corporate Park, 082 Vodacom Boulevard, Vodavalley, Midrand, 1685. The principal activities of YeboYethu are to carry on the business of acquiring and holding shares in Vodacom Group and receive and distribute dividends and other distributions received by it pursuant to its holding in Vodacom Group.
