Worm Design was established in 2001 by Jeremy Volkmann as an architectural design company. The company and head designer are registered with the Architectural council of South Africa, as Architectural Technologists (T0456) and have been involved in many architectural designs and projects throughout Cape Town. Worm Design Properties is the Building development side to Worm Design, and was established in 2002, by both Erno and Jeremy Volkmann. Worm Design Properties is a Vat registered Development Company, and is also registered with the NHBRC. The companies specialize in the residential market, however in recent years, have branched out into many different facets of the architectural design field.
