High quality wild fish is harvested using hand-line by local fishermen in the pristine clear unpolluted waters
of the Western Indian Ocean (FAO zone 51) and delivered on a daily basis, chilled on ice, to our processing plant in Victoria, where they are handled,
processed and packed under strict sanitary conditions and then dispatched to local and overseas destinations.
