GOODS CLEARENCE

We are mandated to handle all the clearing and forwarding services within and outside Uganda. We handle preparation of all customs documents requisite for payment of taxes (if applicable) and the release of the goods for final delivery from the terminal to the importers. Mombasa and Dar-Es- Salaam Ports We handle port documentation for the shipments arriving by sea at Dar-es-Salaam or Mombasa We clear through ports of discharges where we operate through our associates M/S Freight Forwarders (K) Ltd. The process of clearance through the ports of discharge in the end translates into the on-forwarding of the goods to final destinations. Our associates operate a fleet of vehicles having configurations suitable to move the type of goods. Clearance through Border Posts We maintain offices at Entebbe, Malaba, Busia and Mutukula for this purpose. The purpose here involves documentation of entry into the country and on-forwarding to the designated terminal (Transit inward or outward). We also carry out inspection of the cargo to verify its conformity with the documents and final delivery to the owners.

WAREHOUSING

We arrange / provide warehousing services for goods which are not for immediate consumption or use. We offer several options as appropriate
1.Local warehousing in free or bonded warehouses where necessary
2.Yard storage for bulky cargo and facilitation of customs inspection and re-packaging after the inspection
3.Execution of the necessary handling and preparation of relevant customs documentation for release from the warehouse.
