Excess Baggage

If you have more than your normal baggage allowance, there will be a charge for excess baggage.

You can pay this:

- online, at a better rate (reduction of up to 40% on the airport rate), up to 48 hours before your flight departure time.

- You can also book last minute excess baggage at the airport when checking in

Remember: Maximum weight for excess baggage is 32 kg per item of baggage.

Golf Bag

Do you want to play golf while you are away? We can carry your equipment for an excess charge, providing that the weight is included in the authorised allowance. If your golf equipment weighs more than the authorised allowance, there will be an excess baggage charge for the extra kilos.

Unaccompanied minors

Our "Unaccompanied minor" service is available for children aged over 4 and under 12. It includes one of our trained crew members to accompany your child from the departure to the arrival airport.

Animals in the passenger cabin

Your pet can travel with you in the passenger cabin! Book in advance for your pet to travel and get our best price. Service reserved for animals weighing less than 5kg (cage included).

Animals in the hold

If your pet weighs over 5kg, you pet will travel safely with us in the hold. If your pet weighs between 5kg and 25kg (cage included), you will be charged the rate for animals travelling in the hold. Over 25kg, extra kilos will be charged on the basis of excess baggage rate.
