Burundi : Industrial Agriculture - To contribute to the establishment of a dynamic agricultural sector based on innovative technologies - Burundi Institute of Agronomic Sciences (ISABU)

The Institute founded its first foundations on the technical achievements, human resources, infrastructure and equipment set up by the National Institute of Agronomic Studies of the Belgian Congo (INEAC). Agronomic research activities under the auspices of INEAC started in 1929 in Burundi with the creation of the first in Gisozi in southern Mugamba.
