Emerging Professionals Development Program (EPDP)

Our Emerging Professionals Development Program (EPDP) is a career-building and life-skills program designed to empower young graduates, job seekers, and early-career professionals with the knowledge, networks, and confidence to thrive in today’s competitive market.

  • Internship & Volunteering Initiative (IVI): Internship and volunteering placements, work-based learning, and networking events.
  • Weekend School (WS): Life skills, English communication, ICT basics, leadership training, storytelling, public speaking, driving lessons, and educational field trips.
  • Job Application Support (JAS): CV and cover letter writing, mock interviews, and career coaching.
  • Practical Training Institute (PTI):
    • Business Development Training: Business creation, model canvas, planning, and evaluation
    • Project Development Training: Non-profit creation, strategic planning, proposal writing, monitoring & evaluation
    • Financial Management Training: Bookkeeping, financial software, financial statements
