The Pere Liboire KAGABO University Clinic was officially launched on November 05, 2015 at the opening of the 2015-2016 academic year. The administrative procedures immediately began with the Ministry of Public Health and the fight against AIDS. On 12/10/2015, an agreement in principle for the opening of a University Clinic in Kayokwe-Mwaro was signed by the Minister of Public Health and the fight against AIDS: Ref.N o 630/4163 / CAB / 2015. On 07/03/2016, a final agreement for opening to the public was signed by the Minister of Public Health and the fight against AIDS: Ref.N o 630/683 / CAB / 2016. The Clinic opened its doors on March 21, 2016.
