ASATA’s Professional Programme (APP) was launched in 2010 to help professionalise the travel trade by providing a standardised and consistent method of skills analysis amongst travel consultants within the industry.

APP is open to any travel consultant who has practical experience within the Southern African travel industry, whether they are an ASATA member or not. This includes travel consultants, financial and operations managers and CEOs.
