This program was developed to address the intangible but vital attitude and mind-set challenges faced by individuals in organizations. This program helps individuals and teams participate consciously as they create empowering corporate culture and professionalism. There is growing need in the contemporary work force for soft skills to smoothen the rough edges of the human element in organizations. This program covers eighteen sessions that are ideally handled in nine days two sessions per day either continuously or in intervals that facilitate the unique requirements of the organization.
