Once you have made contact with Batralac, you should not be in a hurry: you can wait days for departure and you have to telephone to inquire about the situation and not miss the D-day (the priority of the company being the goods, not the passengers). No need to go to the port to find out about boat departures, the Batralac office is located in the city center, almost opposite the tourist office souvenir shop (2nd floor of the building next to the 'Oasis)
