New Valley National University is a fourth-generation university in Kharga created to expand high-quality higher education in the New Valley through smart systems, modern facilities, and applied learning. The university was established by Presidential Decree No. 249 of 2025 and is designed to serve students across the governorate and Upper Egypt. New Valley National University offers programs in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, science, agriculture, languages and humanities, and other disciplines aligned with regional development needs.
