The business of Gilchery is to help businesses that extend credit to manage the risk of their credit portfolio and recover delinquent debts cost effectively. We specializing in recovery of all types of debts from Banking, Non-Banking, Commercial to Fintechs debts. We collect from all parts of the country. Locally, we have a branch in Eldoret in addition to the main office in Nairobi. Our Collection Model is on No Collection – No Pay basis, meaning we only invoice what has been collected, on the agreed commission rates. Our rates depend largely on the age and volumes of files, which are specifically tailored to suit our client needs.
