About Nigerian Army School of Finance and Administration (NASFA) - NG
We are the Nigerian Army School of Finance and Administration (NASFA), based in Apapa, Lagos. We were originally established in 1956 as a departmental coaching unit for Pay and Records clerks, later formalized as NAPCTS, and in 1981 renamed NASFA. Over time we expanded into a monotechnic institution, and in 1985 were accredited by NBTE to award ND in Accountancy and in 1992 in Secretarial Studies. Our Accountancy programme has recognition from ICAN (from 1987). We train officers, soldiers, and administrative personnel in finance, accounting, records, secretarial, and related administrative services. We are unique in being embedded within the Army’s finance corps and offering technically oriented programmes in military administration, bridging defense and civilian administrative needs. We serve Lagos State, but also receive learners from all over Nigeria (especially serving personnel). Our training is integrated with military discipline, and we maintain close alignment with Army operational and logistical needs. (SN:141; Category:Monotechnic; OWNERSHIP:Federal)
