C.H.I. Limited, known as Chivita|Hollandia, is a leading Nigerian food and beverage manufacturer founded in 1980 and headquartered at 14 Chivita Avenue in Ajao Estate, Lagos. It produces market-leading fruit juices and nectars under the Chivita brand and value-added dairy drinks and milk under the Hollandia brand, supplying retailers and foodservice operators nationwide via large-scale aseptic manufacturing and distribution. The company became wholly owned by The Coca-Cola Company in January 2019, and on 30 July 2025 Coca-Cola announced an agreement to sell Chivita|Hollandia to UAC of Nigeria PLC, subject to regulatory approvals; operations continue from its Lagos headquarters with active consumer care channels.
