Odu’a Investment Company Limited is the investment holding company of the South-West states of Nigeria with its corporate headquarters on Floors 20–23 of Cocoa House in Dugbe, Ibadan; it was incorporated in July 1976 to take over business interests of the former Western State and commenced operations on 1 October 1976, evolving into a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, agribusiness and financial services. From its Ibadan head office the group manages subsidiaries and associates across Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Ekiti States, and maintains published contact lines and email for stakeholder engagement and investor relations.
