Since 1995 Cape Studies has offered small‑class English, exam prep and teacher‑training in leafy Green Point, complete with residence, pool and cultural excursions. Founded in 1995 by Jens von Wichtingen, Cape Studies is one of the oldest private language schools in South Africa and a founding member of EduSA. The boutique campus in Green Point features a garden, swimming pool and on‑site student residence. Cape Studies is fully BEE Level 2 compliant and accredited by QCTO; courses range from General, Intensive and Business English to Cambridge, IELTS & TOEFL prep as well as CELTA‑equivalent teacher‑training. The school emphasises small classes (max 8), free weekly workshops and an activity programme that combines language immersion with local culture, volunteer work and excursions along the Garden Route.
