Nurturing young cyclists since 1994, Nedbank Sports Trust and The Sports Trust bring bikes, coaching and opportunities to under-resourced schools across the Western Cape. The Sports Trust (est. 1994) runs the Nedbank Sports Trust Cycling Development Programme across the Western Cape. Each year it provides 140–200 school cyclists with bikes, coaching, event opportunities (Cape Town Cycle Tour, crits, Piketberg MTB) and life skills. It's a nationally recognised youth development model.
