Velokhaya Life Cycling Academy – empowering Khayelitsha youth since 2004 through cycle training, life-skills and competition. Velokhaya Life Cycling Academy is a non-profit organization based in Khayelitsha, Western Cape. Founded in 2004, it empowers township youth through cycling, mentorship, and academic support. Participants have gone on to race in major local and international events. The academy combines sports with STEM education and is a beacon of hope and empowerment.
