Reading Country Club was founded in 1943 by Johannesburg’s Jewish community and today provides a tranquil Sid Brews‑designed 18‑hole parkland course lined with pines and water hazards. The Tudor‑style clubhouse, completed in 1941, houses restaurants, halfway house, bowls greens and flexible event spaces.
