Philip & Co, is a Tanzanian firm of professional Certified Public Accountants which was registered in March, 1997, under the Business Names (Registration) Ordinance, with registration number 113019 with the main objective of providing audit (assurance), tax, business advisory services and internal auditing support to improve financial management, governance and operational efficiency of organizations.

The firm is also registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors, in accordance with the NBAA Act with Certificate of Practice Number PF / 071.

Philip & Co. is led by personnel who have a wide experience over 25 years gained from Tanzania Audit Corporation, Business Care Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The firm has expanded from offering purely audit services to providing all accounting and an array of consulting services.
