The ownership of K’s Royal Health College is vested in K’s Royal, a private company, limited by guarantee, having share capital and incorporated in Tanzania, established for the provision of health education services. The company is registered by the Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA) with the following registration number 95320. It is headed by the Director; currently Mr. Elvis Kamara who is also the chairman in the Board of Directors of the K’s Royal Company Limited and the institution is supervised by the Advisory Board. The college campus is located on plot no 20 Block U area. The college intends to offer programs in the Health Sciences only.
