MANI ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD is a partnership wholly owned by indigenous Ugandans.

The Company has emerged from Ddembe Civil Engineering and Building Contractors Co. Ltd which was incorporated in 1995. Mani was created to handle the Construction works in the Major cities Towns whereas Ddembe is concentrating on Road works in the southern areas of Uganda.

This merger gave Mani the ability to handle even very big projects in both Building and road construction since consumed some of the personnel, tools and equipment and machinery.

The partnership was registered on 11th August 2004 in Kampala. The partners have been working in different companies and their details are presented in their CVs and resource personnel.
