About HEALTH LINK FOUNDATION
Health Link Foundation (HLF), is a public health research organization. It is made up of individuals of various disciplines, ranging from health, natural, social and management sciences. It emerged from the Rivers State NPOWER HEALTH program of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
