Jones & Beatrice education fund is an organization that deals with educating Children from broken/ poor homes, those with special needs, orphans, and HIV victims. Children especially born with HIV and special needs are seen as a bad omen in society therefore, suffering all the injustices; from doing the toughest chores like chopping wood, marginalized in schools “if the chance of school presents itself” and from their own family members, to getting smothered, dropped in latrines or sent far away from home. Jones and Beatrice education fund dates back in 2013 when it started under the name Star fish education fund. It was founded by two great mums, Julie Jones and Beatrice Nalubega. The two knew it deep down that Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world as said by Nelson Mandela.
