In the Central region of Kampala Uganda, Natete Area is Polite World International Foundation which is an empowerment organization that is aiming at the primary goal of providing support inform of treatment and rehabilitation to Key population communities within the society from the fact that they are normally marginalized, isolated and discriminated by others in places where they live yet according to human rights commission they also have a right to accessing resources that everyone else thus we are human rights defenders for this community.
