Myrtle Concepts and Properties was borne out of passion and purpose to fill the innovation and professionalism gap in the real estate space. An Architect, Urban Planner, Quantity Surveyor and Finance Expert, we put our minds together shoring up a combined experience of 50 years in the sector. We are qualified and have worked as consultants advising on the efficacy and design of diverse real estate and infrastructure projects to assess and enhance their viability. We have worked on selling and leasing of properties both as occupier support and as agents in residential, commercial, and agricultural/industrial projects.
