The company head office is located in lusaka with branches in Kitwe and Choma, and thirty-two distributors all around Zambia. CAMCO is one of the largest suppliers of agriculture and construction equipments in Zambia.

CAMCO is mainly supplying agriculture equipment, food processing equipment, irrigation equipment, animal husbandry equipment, fishery equipment, agriculture power equipment, power generating equipment, agriculture tools, construction and engineering machinery, forestry machinery as well as their spare parts.
