At Secondary level, a child is now very clear about their areas of interest. This is now the Development stage up to the end of their 4 years of Secondary education. Their talents or gifts are being developed and natured with the assistance of the Teachers coupled with a good learning environment. The Teacher does not lead the child in their area of study, but rather, it's the other way round, the child leads all the way, whilst the Teacher offers guidance and support, to nurture that gift.
