The Company is fully owned by Zimbabweans and was established in the year 2013. The Company initiated operations using the name Thermal Comfort Air conditioning & ventilation as it was working only on Specialized Mechanical Engineering Services. With time the company diversified operations to incorporate the Electrical, Civil & Structural Engineering services in its portfolio and its name was Changed to Thermal Comfort (Pvt) Ltd Trading as Bluespot (Pvt) Ltd.
