The Big Cave Campsite is located three kilometres from the Matobo National Park boundary in the Big Cave private wilderness area and is 46 kilometres from Bulawayo, on a good tarred road. The campsite falls within the Unesco World Heritage area. There are separate male and female ablution facilities, a bar facility, as well as firewood available. An outdoor cooking area and washing up facilities are provided. 220 V power is supplied
