About ZECO Holdings

Zeco Holdings Limited, a Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed company was incorporated in Zimbabwe in November 2007. This was in order to facilitate the consolidation of the ownership of Delward and Crittall-Hope, all of which were wholly owned and/or under the control of Native Investment Africa Group. Delward and Crittall Hope are all engineering companies that have been operating for more than 50 years, with ownership changing hands over the years. In 2008, Zeco acquired all the assets held by Corbett Holdings (Private) Limited (“Corbett”) its subsidiaries. The nature of business undertaken by Zeco is defned by the activities or operations of its subsidiaries which are outlined hereunder.
