TransAxis Reinsurance (Pvt) Limited Company (TA Re) was incorporated in March 2021 and started operating in November 2022 after being granted a licence by the Insurance and Pension Commissions of Zimbabwe to transact reinsurance business. TA Re specialises in nonlife reinsurance and risk management services to corporates and direct insurance companies. Our role is to advise and provide capacity to corporates and other organizations to effectively manage risks. We provide risk transfer solutions to organizations across Africa and the rest of the world. This is in line with the vision of the shareholders of establishing an insurance group outfit with presence across the globe.
